Soul2Sole respects your privacy and ensures that your personal information provided to us is always handled confidentially and carefully.

Your Data

In order to provide proper medical care, we record your contact information and medical data. We do this in accordance with the Medical Treatment Agreement Act  and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means that we only use your data for the provision of medical care, related administration, and medical scientific research (anonymized). We secure your data against third-party breaches.

We keep your data for as long as necessary for providing care and as long as the law requires us to retain it. We include other medical information (such as information from your general practitioner) in your file only when necessary for providing proper care.

Exchange of Your Data

We only exchange data with other healthcare providers, such as general practitioners, specialists, physiotherapists, and podiatrists, with your consent. We do this through secure systems and only when necessary. Our staff access your data only when necessary for their tasks. To monitor and improve the quality of our services, we record phone conversations, which are deleted after 12 months.

Protection of Your Data

We take the protection of your data seriously and implement appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration. Privacy Statement for Job Applicants

Data of Job Applicants
Soul2Sole places great importance on processing job applicants’ personal data in accordance with existing laws and regulations for privacy protection. By submitting a job application letter with a CV, the applicant agrees that their personal data and any video application will be processed by Soul2Sole and included in our HR database. We treat this data confidentially and use it solely for the job application process at Soul2Sole. Soul2Sole does not collect or process sensitive information about job applicants, such as data revealing race or ethnic background, political, religious, or philosophical beliefs, membership in a trade union, or health information. We will not provide information to third parties unless required by law.

Processing Job Applicant Data
Soul2Sole collects and processes job applicant data directly or through forms and/or attached CVs sent to us via email or regular mail. Soul2Sole also collects and processes data from job applicants through personal contacts and phone conversations. The data stored in the HR database for job applicants includes the applicant’s contact information (name, address, email address, gender), the applicant’s education (schooling, courses, etc.), and employment history (previous employers, references, etc.).

Retention Period for Job Applicant Data
Soul2Sole retains job applicant data during and after the recruitment and selection process. After the recruitment and selection process is completed, job applicant data is retained for a maximum of 4 weeks, unless the applicant expressly agrees to extend the retention period (up to a maximum of 1 year). Once the retention period for the job applicant’s data has elapsed, the data is completely removed from the Soul2Sole system.

Security of Job Applicant Data
Soul2Sole employs various technical, physical, and organizational security measures to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of job applicant data. We have implemented security technologies to protect the stored job applicant data against unauthorized access, improper use, modification, unlawful or accidental destruction, and/or loss. As new technologies become available, Soul2Sole continues to expand its security procedures. Access to job applicant data is limited to Soul2Sole staff involved in recruitment activities. Soul2Sole employees are required to respect the privacy of job applicants visiting the Soul2Sole website and to keep job applicant data confidential. In accordance with applicable local legal requirements, Soul2Sole ensures adequate security measures for the manual and electronic processing of job applicant data to prevent any potential misuse. Soul2Sole also ensures that third parties and business units processing job applicant data on behalf of Soul2Sole implement adequate security measures in compliance with legal requirements. The applicant agrees to further processing of personal data within Soul2Sole and its affiliated companies.

Google Analytics allows us to see which pages our visitors view, how they arrive on our site (from other websites or search engines), which keywords they use, how long they stay on a page, and more. We use these statistics to improve our website. We cannot identify you through this data.
We have no control over how Google and social network providers, such as Facebook, handle the collected data. However, these providers are part of the Privacy Shield program of the U.S. Department of Commerce, ensuring an appropriate level of protection for the processed data.
